Geralds has become my tire store for over 4 yrs, now. They ALWAYS have the best prices and are always honest and friendly. Several times, I went ready to buy a new tire, or two or 4. They either repair my problem or advise me to wait many times. Only if someone REALLY needs a replacement do the guys recommend a new tire.
Their services are complete. They have the tires, mount and balance all with one stop and no appointment. Early am is the best time to go for the shortest wait. They rotate for free to make the tires last longer and tell you if alignment is needed- also to make your tires last longer. (and they don't do alignments there... they are not making more business for themselves.)
I have had the unfortunate need to use their tire road hazard warranty twice. There has NEVER been even a question. The tire was replaced both times with a great big smile, consoling words, and finished with a "Thank You" for continuing patronage. The very busy tire changing staff gives personal, polite service and offers sound advice without asking, which is very much appreciated. Even if they notice a non-tire issue, they call it to your attention.
I usually check prices on line and at other places before going to Geralds, but they win my business every time... I should say they EARN it.
These guys work very hard and are very customer oriented. Without reservation, they get my recommendation.
AND... I am not a "professional" reviewer. This is the first and only written online recommendation I have ever written. Because I think so much of this business, I am taking time to provide this review. I just stumbled onto this site by accident.
