I stopped here on the way back from a trip up north, and MAN, was a surprised!! Until I went here, the best veggie burrito that I've had here was at Burrito Loco in Seattle. I was NOT expecting the healthy yumminess of this little bundle! You can choose what types of beans to put in, and it was a nice size as well. My husband loved his - he got the most popular burrito, which was two meals - it was HUGE! And, as a plus, while you're waiting, they give you chips with a nice selection of hot sauces and salsas at their bar. Well worth the visit - I hear the other locations are just as consistent.

I love this Fred Meyer! It's located in the heart of Lynnwood, and it's good a large selection of food, clothes, toys, plants, and shoes, so no matter what you need, you'll find it there. They're employees are always friendly, and there's plenty of parking. Inside and wrapped around the outside, they have a licensing department and a laundrymat to make it a true one stop shopping center! As a plus, they have carts that kids love, and a little truck and horse to reward your toddler with a ride before you leave.

My husband and I have been going to Piper's Creek since it opened with the new management (6 years ago?). It's been a faithful place to hang, no matter what your mood. It's laid back and doesn't usually get too loud before 11pm. It's a mixed crowd with college age up to 60. You can play pool, darts, video games, or just sit at their large, wood bar. They have a big screen TV for games with lots of seats to relax with the game. They're food is AWESOME - especially when Mike's cooking, they now serve hard liquor, and their beer selection is well thought out.
There's no live music, it's kind-of small, and there's no room for dancing, but if you just want to go to a place that knows your name...this is it.

I am SO excited, Me 'n Mom's is opening a store in Lynnwood!!! For three years now, I've been taking in the name brand stuff that I've either gotten as gifts or my child didn't wear out and I'm not interested in saving, and selling them. You get 50% of what they sell it for (they sell things for 50% of the new retail cost of the item) - but, then you have to wait for it to sell. I've been bringing my stuff in, and then shopping with the money I make - I think I've sold at least $300. worth of clothes, shoes, and lamps there!! It's so great that since I moved to Lynnwood, I'm still coming back. You have to make an appointment to bring in more than 5 items, so make sure to call ahead of time if you want to sell. By the way, it's not all used stuff, either. They sell some boutique-type stuff as well, like blankies and Robies.

My husband and I took our friends from out of town to the cafe at Ray's Boathouse. We went on a Friday night and only ended up waiting 25 min. - they don't take reservations. We watched the sunset and they handed out nice fleece blankets! The food was okay but definitely cheaper than the restaurant below!!! Overall, it's a bargain for a romance dinner. The sunset (around 9pm) was awesome with the mountains, water, and boats coming in for the night. Definitely recommended!

This is a prime entertainment - I laughed hard through most of the show (pretty unusual for me) - hilarious characters. I especially liked the queen and the chef (I won't tell you more for fear of ruining it for you)!! They're a very confident bunch - that helps. The food was mouth-watering as well. It's a five(?) course meal - you get to chose from three entrรฉes (includes a vegetarian meal), all of which look and taste freshly prepared. Service is quick and you hardly know they're there as they pass by during the show.
Now, for the few complaints...You'd think for a 3 hour dinner the seats would be semi comfortable, but my large husband could only fit one cheek on the bench they had us sitting on (I'm exaggerating a little), and by the second course my butt was numb! My only other complaint was the cost - the multi-course meal plus the entertainment was definitely worth $100. a ticket, but we ended up with a tab for another $70. by the end of the evening 'cause the meal doesn't include drinks, of course, and they charge another automatic $10. each for tip for the show - I think they should include a "tip" in the price of the ticket (a little misleading, I think)...there were a lot of people milling around, confused about their ticket after the show - you could tell the servers were all used to the complaints!
So, go...it's fun, you just need to be ready for a few things. The few complaints I had almost ruined the evening, so I wish I had known about them before hand.

We just purchased our first NEW car. We were scared, as we've always had piece-of-BEEP cars that were very sensible, but with a growing family, it makes sense. So, we did our research and went to the Belluvue Honda dealership and made an offer - they gave us a pretty good price, gave us privacy to talk about it, but didn't have the color we wanted. We then went to Klien Honda in Everett...they did a LOT of haggling about the price, finally met it, but they too didn't have the right color. So, we went to Lynnwood Honda. I had to go without my husband, so I thought it would be tough - being a woman, I've had a hard time in car lots. I told them the offers that were made at the other dealerships, no haggling - beat it and had our color delivered there in a few days (last one in the state)!! Fred helped us - he was so calm and helpful, didn't push, and was refreshing after our big ordeal this week...so, he got the sale. We expected a drawn out paper signing experience, but that was enjoyable as well!!! Highly recommended!!!

I know, I'm the weird one here - I see only five stars, so that's what moved me to share...see, we were disappointed! We expected such great things with such a great idea!!! The experience of having to cook our own food was rather stressful, and the fondues were not amazing at all - I could have made them myself, and I'm not really a great cook. I was so sad when even the chocolate fondue was boring. So, I'm sorry to have to report this, but when you spend a $100. per plate, I expect perfection baby!!

I used to think that this museum was dirty, old, and in severe need for a re-model, but they've done it!! I just went tonight - they whole place was rented by my church, and it has been remodeled under my very nose...it's great! All the old grubby stuff has been switched around and cleaned up. They've expanded the baby area - it's much bigger, they've added a room for older kids with a little radio station (better than the old one) and an interactive video game - you get to step in and play on the screen...kind of fun - and added more kid-friendly "ball" area - where the stuff actually works!! Anyway, I'm going back soon with a new outlook!

There are lots of fun things here, but I wanted everyone to know about their DUSTLESS sand!!! I have a recycled preschool play box (started as a train table, then water, and now sand) - anyway it's 3' x 3' and 8" deep, and I bought 5 bags of sand (about $20.) that filled about 5" or so!! Good deal for hours of fun (mostly by other kids, of course) on rainy days, if you have a covered area! You just have to make sure you cover it when kids aren't playing, cats think it looks like great cat litter (yuck!)! The sand is made for kids, it's dustless, and it's a cool whiteish color that reminds me of Hawaii!!
