I love sourdough bread and this place bakes a great sourdough bread everyday. I can go in and buy a whole loaf and they bake it fresh everyday. Their fresh bagels are amazing too. The cinammon crusted bagels are sweet and really soft and delicious. The sitting area of this place is always really crowded and it is hard to find a seat. But it is a nice place to come and enjoy the views of the area and they also provide internet so you can get some work done too.

Gap is my place to shop for affordable work clothes. I have to deck out in business casual every morning and Gap definitely helps me make that look. They have great clothes here that are comfortable and look good too. I like their khakis, button down solid dress shirts, and sweaters here. Just those three things can complete my look any day. They are always priced affordably and their clothes last long so I can spend more on eating and drinking, rather than dressing business casual.

I love Burger King fries. I know everybody is always saying McDonalds has the number one fries, but not for me. Burger King serves up the best fries. Their whopper sandwich isn't so bad either and it makes for a good lunch for me. I would go here over McDonalds any day because the meat here seems to be better and fresher. They also have a dollar menu that has some good deals on it. If you don't like the fries, give their onion rings a spin. Those are great too.

The Allstate Arena is home to many cool events. Just to name a few, I have been here for concerts, flea markets, and a carnival. They also have many sporting events and other things too. The stadium is huge and it has ample seating for a lot of people. The only thing I really get frustrated about here is that the parking can be a pain here. It's pretty expensive for one and then there's always a huge line so you end up waiting almost a half hour before you can get in or out.

This is an Italian restaurant that is hard to beat in the city. This is one place where you will get authentic food and not just a plate full of pasta with ragu sauce thrown on top. After five on weekdays, they have a buffet that's around ten dollars per person and it's a great deal because you get all you can eat salads, breads, pastas, and many other dishes. This is also a wonderful place to try for lunch. They will serve up an excellent lunch but will make sure to get you out in time to make it back to work! The restaurant is really beautiful place and I have been here for a few dats and it always pleases.

Whenever I want a cup of coffee and a nice book to relax and read, I try to get myself out here. This is located right in the heart of downtown, right accross the Water Tower Mall. They have huge windows and great views of the hustle and bustle of the city. There are plenty of seats so it's not hard to comeby a seat by the window. I like to sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee from their cafe and a great book from their selection, while also taking in the crowd. The selection of books and dvds could not be better here. I have purchased many items here and have never had a problem with them.

I don't think I have ever seen so many ties in one place. I went here to pick up a tie for my boss for Christmas. This place was recommended by a friend and I have to say that was one heck of a recommendation. I could not decide which one to choose! But the salesman was very nice. He just asked me a few questions about my boss and then plopped out a few ties that he thought would be suitable. I chose one and that was the end of that story. If you need a tie, you are not going to find a better selection anywhere else.

My buddy and I were looking to buy a place near the city. We say so many advertisements for this place and decided to check it out. Talk about pricey! This place was asking for a starting price of 400K and that was for a studio! If you actually get the opportunity to tour this building, you will realize that it is definitely a price worth paying. The apratments are big and have really nice views of the city. They also have so much right inside the building that you will nver need to go out for a gym, a pool, or even an internet cafe.

This is always a stop for me when I am looking for anything related to sports. My workout clothes, running shoes, sports equipment and many other things are from here. This store is huge and it is divided among a bunch of different levels. Everything is well stocked and I never have a problem finding anything and that includes basketball shorts in my size. Even if you don't go in, try to check out their wall of fame outside. It has handprints of all the famous sports legends outside.

Wine fanactics like me are the main fan club of this place. They are basically a place where you can go buy wine, learn about wine, and sample wine. They have so many different wines here that you will almost feel overwhelmed. Dont worry though because they also have many informational sessions. The first Wednesday of every month, they have a wine tasting event, where you can try about 30 different wines and get some cheese too. They give you tips and meal ideas with these wines so it is a great learning and tasting experience.
