Sadlers Restaurant has a very complete menu with lots of real stick to the rib choices like meat loaf and chicken pot pie but also fantastic bread and desserts to die for.
I had a special dessert the other day it was a crisp with cherries , oh my, it was soooo good. I also love their tapioca pudding which is the best (save for my mom's) that I have ever had.
They do have more complex meals as well, steaks, (the one with Gorgonzola is my husbands favorite) and I love both of the lamb choices. If you are lucky in the cold weather you can sit by the fireplace.
All around a very nice to place to have lunch or dinner or on Sunday breakfast.
And best of all they are in the Hartford Entertainment book for a 2 for 1 dinner.
