The staff is fantastic, upbeat, and very helpful. My hair is not the easiest to deal with, so I emailed them and asked them for a consultation with a stylist that could deal with my particular "issues." I received a call within 24 hours and was given an appointment with an excellent stylist. I will definitely continue to visit this salon.
