Judy at Tallant & House makes great european style wedding cakes. They look like traditional cakes from the outside complete with decorations etc., but taste wonderful! The cakes are filled with mouses, like espresso or caramel, and layers of sponge cake soaked in liquers. It's very decadent and the tasting is free.
