Everyone always raves about how they love the roasted garlic. Do these people know that making roast garlic is the easiest thing in the world? This version isn't anything better than what anyone can roast in their own oven. My hunch is that people love the stuff because it’s the first and last thing they taste in a meal of one-dimensional flavor. It’s like drinking the strong wine first in a tasting. Your taste buds get blitzed out right off the bat and the rest of the whatever you eat after that is just a blur. As much as I love it, all that garlic gets old fast. I say, spend you money at a place that offers a multitude of flavors, and at some point, stop into the Stinking Rose for the garlic ice cream. I’m not saying it’s good... it's more of an experience. You know, like going to Reno.
