Fog City Diner

Sunday, May 21, 2006
If there was any place I could have a booth inscribed with my name denoting me as a legendary regular, it would be Fog City Diner. Ok, so I’m going to have to bump up my income to get this lofty station in life, but until then, it’s a nice dream. Price aside, I could eat here all the time. There’s a haut cuisine aspect to the food (like chipotles in the ketchup) but, at the same time, it’s still ketchup. They’re very good at balancing homey diner food with fancy, special touches that make coming here a truly unique experience, no matter what you order. Come for lunch and it's actually not that expensive for a sandwich...
