Very good salsa and chips. Clean, well lit place to feel like a burrito eating hipster without the roaches and grime of the joints that serve up the best taqueria fare. I’ll have to say, if it’s a Soyrizo burrito you’re hankerin’ for, this is the place. No one does it better. I like soyrizo and cook with it at home sometimes and it works the way they use it at Papalote. Now, if you actually wanted a burrito burrito (not to get too technical here) or various manifestations of mexican food, there are a few other places I might recommend...
