For me, the food is secondary to one of the delights you will find at Big Bowl. They have freshly made, or home-made, ginger ale for sale. Made with real ginger that is light, refreshing, but not over-powering, you have enough to bring me into this restaurant.
The food is excellent and not over-priced. I have never been there for dinner, but the lunches were always good. They have a great selection of spicy and mild. The atmosphere of the place is quite good as well with enough of a selection of food to tantalize the most discerning of tastes. This is a chain restaurant, but the food feels original enough that this is not a kind of Olive Garden for Asian food.
Try the ginger ale. Trust me!
