The only reason I really go here is because my insurance covers eye exams and eye glasses from this place. I think their service is okay. Usually I can just walk in without an appointment. The exam is usually pretty quick and done efficiently. The people working on the floor could be a little better trained though. They are not always around to answer questions or unlock cases. They can also be kind of lazy at times about calling and letting you know when you can come pick up your lenses or glasses.
