Garib Niwas on Devon avenue in Chicago is one of those small places which serve authentic Indian stuff.....and the price is unbeatable! An average dish costs only 3 - 5 bucks and the food is awesome!
The ambiance is not great....it is furnished poorly. But, the food tastes great! Check it out the next time you are in Chicago.

I think the ambiance in Big Bowl is great. Its a nice place to stop by after a day of shopping at the Michigan Avenue. The biggest pain is finding a parking spot. Be ready to shell out 10 bucks for a garage spot if you can't find a street spot. Otherwise, the restaurant is full of energy and always busy. I love the spicy thai dishes they serve there. Expect to pay 12 -16 bucks per dish, which according to the location, is not that bad.

I think this is one of the best libraries I have been to. The staff is really nice and courteous. They even have the latest DVD's availaible for rent. They used to charge a buck for them, but lately...

They used to charge a buck for them, but lately they have removed that charge also. The ambiance is really nice and they even have free computers and wireless internet. Check it out at oak park avenue and lake. :-)
