My vehicle was damaged by a car wash employee on 10 April 2006. The car wash manager informed me that an employee stuck my vehicle with another customer's car, damaging both vehicles. The car wash owner, Mr. Michael Paul refused to provide his insurance company information and/or agree to pay the repair bill. I was treated rudely and told that I should accept used parts (and put them on myself??) obtained from a wrecking yard. Bill Jacobs, Elizabethtown, KY.
