Not consistent

We used to go there often but there is no consistency in their food. One time hot and sour soup may be very spicy and the next time very bland. Also, my husband , a Mongolian beef fanatic, orders the same entrée every time but the taste is not the same . We still go there and take a chance , if you are lucky you might end up eating a very fine meal.
