The restaurant was very nice. The people were very nice. The service was good. The food was not. I ordered a steak, well done. It was cooked well done. It looked great. However, it was the blandest steak I've ever had. My baked potato wasn't that exciting. It was like a meal you'd get from a cafeteria somewhere. Maybe other meals would be better, but I was not happy with my steak. They might have made up for it with dessert but they were out of the chocolate explosion on their menu. Sorry Glen Rock Inn but I won't be going back.

You can usually get a table pretty quickly though.It is a very nice place and the line moves very quickly. They have many different kinds of pizza as well as pastas. The chicken parm pizza is great and I highly recommend that.

Arthur's steakhouse is great. Good steak, good burgers, and good fries. The only bad part is that if you want the fries, they are a side and don't come as a part of any meal. Parking is a pain too...

Parking is a pain too as it is located on route 202 and there is just the side street there and a small lot. Great food though. I recommend this place for burgers and steak.

Their burgers are really good and their chicken fingers are great. My only problem with this restaurant was that there was no non-smoking section but I guess that is not a problem anymore with the new law. If you're looking for a really good burger and fries meal, this is a good choice.

Great Malaysian food at this wonderful restaurant. Many people bring their own wine as they dine on an incredible meal. I love their chicken dishes and their chicken satay appetizer. The orange chicken is great and better than anything you'll get in a chinese take out. Service is always top notch and there are lots of side streets to park on nearby.

If you're looking for southwestern style meals, this is the place to go. They have burgers, steaks, nachos, blackened chicken, country fried alligator, ostrich, buffalo burgers and other interesting items. I've never ventured into the oddities on the menu but everything else has been great. The place gets packed on weekends and is sometimes a little loud on those evenings when they have a band. The food is top notch though.It is right on Route 53 and is easy to get to on the end of a small strip mall.

Although not my first choice for steak in the area, the meals are decent and the service is good. Longhorn Steakhouse has a good barbeque chicken sandwich and pretty good hamburgers. I forgot the name of it, but they do have an incredible chocolate cake dessert that is enough for at least 2 people.

Harold's Deli is attached to the Holiday Inn on route 46. The meals are great and the portions can easily be 3 meals each. The first time I went, I had brunch with my family there. I was hungry so I decided to order a stack of pancakes. Normally 3 pancakes at a diner is a good meal. i didn't realize 3 pancakes at Harold's was equivalent to about 9 pancakes elsewhere. Good food and you'll have plenty of leftovers.

Unfortunately the workers here always manage to botch up part of my order. I'll ask for barbeque sauce and they will forget. I'll ask for margerine and they will forget. Just gets annoying that they do it so often.

When I lived in Pennsylvania many years ago, Damon's was our weekly Thursday night dinner out. Their ribs are incredible and their other meals aren't too bad either. The main dining room has 4 giant screen televisions and they put up sporting events, popular shows and trivia. The one in Rockaway hasn't been as great as the one I knew in PA, but the food is still good.
