I have been surprisingly happy with my shopping at Old Navy. Admittedly, I've really only gone when I've heard of sales, but they do have awesome sales, at 50% off.
Our Old Navy is a good place to shop. The employees are pleasant and knowledgeable of their job. It's well populated, but seems to not be crazy and definately tolerable even when crowded. They always have every register going, which keeps the line going well. It's nice that they have bathrooms available too.
The clothes are stylish and attractive. From what we have experienced, they are of good quality too.
One thing that I REALLY appreciate about them is they don't have those awful air fresheners that smell up the store--and you come out smelling like it. Those things give my family asthma issues, and I appreciate that (so far) they've never used any.
