Party America - pretty good selection

The party store in the Clopper Mill shopping center is a pretty good place to look for whatever you need.
They have a good seasonal selection (June is graduation, April is easter and so on.)
The balloon selection is good too, and they use 'balloon loft' a liquid they pump into the balloon before inflating, to make them last longer - and BOY does it work! Latex balloons can last a week!
No other place in the area uses it, to my knowledge.
The selection for kid's party themes is a little small, but they do have quite a good selection in the way of adult themes.
In general, the prices are pretty reasonable.
Parking is easy, usually directly across the street from the store.
