Sooooo good. I miss the days when it was a hidden gem though. Nowadays, there's always a line. It's well worth the wait though. Try the samusa soup (if you can't take spicy food though, maybe not)....

Yes, they have the best udon I've ever had. I always go back for more. Sometimes I even have 2 bowls! It's gotten a bit more expensive over the years, but the noodles are worth it. The service isn't very good, in fact, some of the waiters are rather rude, but the food makes up for that. They don't do take out orders over the phone. There's also often a wait for seating.

Owned by the same people as Kitaro, this restaurant features very very cheap Japanese food. They have good lunch specials too! The staff is friendly, it's a good place to eat in large groups.

Not always easy to find seating though since the seating area is very limited (especially when it's too cold to eat outside).

Just plain bad. It's one of 3 Kayas all owned by the same people, but this one is by far the worse. The service was awful even though there was no one else in the restaurant. Also, I ordered chap chae, which is basically stir-fried vegetables...it tasted awful! How can you mess that up? I'm not usually a fan of Korean food, but this is the absolute worse.

Everytime I've gone (3 times, once I ended up leaving after half an hour of waiting for a table because they told me it'd only be 10 minutes), the service has been exceptionally awful. The servers are slow, they get orders wrong, and seem more interested in socializing than serving. Just go to Bertucci's instead.

Tiny restaurant, often has lines, but worth it in terms of money. The sushi's the cheapest I've seen in Boston, and it's not bad. They're fast, too, since they want to get you in and out.
