Just plain bad. It's one of 3 Kayas all owned by the same people, but this one is by far the worse. The service was awful even though there was no one else in the restaurant. Also, I ordered chap chae, which is basically stir-fried vegetables...it tasted awful! How can you mess that up? I'm not usually a fan of Korean food, but this is the absolute worse.
