Perkins is slacking

Perkins used to be "the place to go" when I was in high school and after the bar, but it seems that lately every Perkins Restaurant I go to has been slaking in every aspect. The food doesn't taste very good, the service truly SUCKS, and all around it's just a bad experience. I'm not sure what's happening there. The breakfast hasn't changed too much, but the lunch and dinner menu is truly suffering. What a disappointment, they used to be so great, or maybe I've grown out of Perkins.
