You can never say you've explored the meat packing district unless you've been to Florent. They have been around for years way before everyone flocked the neighborhood. If you find yourself hungry on a late night do yourself a favor and visit. They are open 24 hours daily. The steak frites and their salads are well prepared and tasty. They also have a good brunch and prix fixe menu. Unpretentious friendly staff.. I loved the vibe. What else can I say? It's a Meat Packing District landmark. I hope things haven't changed must since I last visited.
