Six Flags: Magic Mountain is the best theme park I have ever visited. They have so many great roller coasters such as X and Goliath. X's 360 rotation while zooming down the track is absolutely insane and the funnest and scariest roller coaster I have ever been on. Goliath's steep 250 foot drop from the top of the chain lift is a scary feeling because it feels like you are going to be lifted out of the cart because the only harness holding you down is a lap bar. They also have some goofy Looney Tunes characters that come out and take pictures with the visitors.

If you do not have the knowledge or time to buy individual parts to build your own custom computer, do NOT turn to Dell to have them build yours. First off, Dell uses cheap (as in not good) computer parts and thats why their prices are lower than most of their competitors. In order to get a nice computer that will last as long as a, say HP or Compaq, you will need to spend a whole lot more money on it. In the long run, two computers, one bought from Dell and one from HP, the Dell will die much, much faster than the HP would.

I personally feel that the teenage Abercrombie and Fitch craze is ridiculous and only materialistic people shop there. Anything over $60 for a pair of pants is just downright ridiculous. I have seen pants in there that are well over $120. I just do not see how a company can justify selling a pair of jeans for over a hundred dollars. But there will always be 13 year old girls who wear their pants simply because it has the A&F logo on them. They only hire the cliche, white, Americans with blonde hair and blue eyes and require their employees wear Abercrombie and Fitch clothing.

Geek Squad, who consider themselves a "task force" is a company that will repair your computer of any problem you face. First off, this company's prices are ridiculous, just look at their website before going into the store. Something that would take me a few minutes to fix myself will end up costing you over a hundred dollars if you go to this place. My guess is they keep your item in the store much longer than necessary so it looks like it took them a long time to fix. Your best bet is to find an ad in the newspaper for a freelancer who will fix your computer for $20.

This place has some of the best seafood ever. I personally prefer their Bucket of Trash which has an assortment of cajun and garlic flavored seafood. All of the waiters and waitresses share tables, so you are free to ask any waiter for anything or you can flip the sign on the table that say "Stop Forest Stop!" and a waiter will come to your table in seconds. The wait to get into this place is fairly long on the weekends and at night, averaging around 60 minutes everytime I have went. You can choose to eat outside on their patio section which has a wait time of only around 15 minutes because it is right by the ocean and sometimes it can get quite cold. Dishes average around $15 a plate.

Fosters Freeze has some awesome milkshakes and blizzard creations. They have over 30 flavors and mix/match blizzards to choose from. I personally prefer the chocolate chip flavored one. Their food is pretty decent too, but I would stay away from the hamburger-based foods and stick with the chicken-based foods and French fries. Their prices are pretty high, I think it was around $7 for a combo meal.

I'm not a big fan of the Giants myself, but I have visited their stadium several times to watch them be beat by the the best MLB team ever, the Atlanta Braves. Everytime I have went to their games, Atlanta has won. The stadium is nice and if you come during batting practice you can get the balls from the homeruns they hit. There usually isn't that many people there during that time so your chance of getting a ball is fairly decent. We've been able to get 1 so far. If you have young children with you, there is a miniature T-Ball course for your kid to play ball on and there is even a mini-Jumbotron that shows you kid as he plays which makes him feel like he is in the big leagues. There is also a Coca-Cola slide that your children can slide down.

This is the less-than-typical mall and I have seen much, much better. For one, it is a one-story building, which means there isn't as many stores as there could be and it takes less than five minutes to walk from one end to the other. The selection of stores isn't that great and they lack the bigger name, trendy stores such as Abercrombie & Fitch and Build-A-Bear Workshop. The only stores I ever visit at Northridge is Finishline, Anchor Blue, and Macy's because the other stores are not that great.

Hometown Buffet has got to the be the nastiest buffet I have ever been too. This specific location was onced owned by a different company with the name Country in it, although I do not remember the full name. Once this place was taken over, renovated, and renamed, it turned into trash. The food was actually pretty good with the previous owners, but once it was changed to Hometown, the food became disgusting and I refuse to eat there anymore.

This place has the best Chinese food I have ever had. It's a single-restaurant, family run store which has decent prices. It is the only place I will ever eat Chinese food simply because they have made my increased my expectations of other Chinese places. They have these awesome foiled wrapped chicken appetizers that I haven't seen anywhere else. Add on the kung pow chicken as the dish and it's the best Chinese dinner ever.
