There are several barbeque places in town and it seems that each has their own following for one reason or another, but Mike & Ed's is my favorite. They offer the usual menu items, all of which are delicious. My favorite is the jumbo sandwich with a side of Brunswick stew. No matter what you order should be good though. Their sweet tea is excellent as well. One drawback is it can be difficult getting out of their parking lot. Legally, you are supposed to only turn right, so if you need to go left then you end up having to make a huge block. If your patient and you see no cars with lights on their roof you can go left, but I do not recommend, nor condone this. The staff is all friendly and they take all major credit cards. You can also buy a bottle of sauce to go. While there be sure to check out the decor, it has a very country feel.
