James Joseph Salon -- Just okay....

Kathleen at James Joseph is good for both color and cut. I've used her twice and been satisfied. However, the salon itself is not that great -- I felt the the staff was overall unprofessional and they make a big deal about charging $40 extra for drying your hair after the cut/curl. Also, they don't take American Express, which for a high-end service is shortsighted.
