Very weird
Tuesday, April 11, 2006
I went here for a haircut a few years ago. The receptionist listened to what I wanted and then took me to the back and then told him what I wanted in Turkish. I ended up with a short hairstyle with what can only be described as a large, upswept curl in the back. It looked like a cartoon caricature. During the cut, I learned the stylist did not speak any English at all, only Turkish.
Once I got home and soaked the curl, it flattened out and the hairstyle in general was the most wonderful cut I have ever had. Nearly every week I'd get some sort of compliment. That is great and all but I am still very wary of getting service from someone I can't communicate with. So I will have to give him less than five stars. I just wish I remembered the guy's name. :(
