Great Haircut, Great Service, Expensive Price

I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut at Sorella Salon & Spa in Issaquah Highlands.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. When I arrived the took my coat and asked me if they could get me something to drink. They also either have incredible memories or they have a great CRM system as the girls at the front had asked me how my wife enjoyed the Massage I got her back in November.
After a very short wait (3 minutes), my stylist came out and got me and took me back. We discussed what I wanted to have done and how I currently style my hair. She had some good ideas so I let her have her way with me.
After a thorough shampoo, the cutting began. We had a very pleasant conversation that was refreshingly unforced.
Once she was done with the cut, she did a good consultation on the products they had available. I choose the product the stylist had recommended and she applied and styled.
All said and done I got a very good cut and style with excellent service. As a bonus they offer complimentary trims of the neck and bangs in between cuts for their regular customers. Out the door my cost was $27 + tip. Considering I can go back in a few weeks and get my cut cleaned up for free, I think the extra expense is worthwhile.
They also offer a referral program where when you refer people they send you a $10 gift certificate. So if you choose to try them out, just tell them Jeremy Kuno referred you.
