If you are in need of a glorious day of pampering joy this is the place for you. Although its on the more pricey side of day spas, it is well worth it. Every visit there is like heaven. The also allow you to spend the day using the other facilities with your spa treatment. The have jacuzzi, sauna and a full gym although, after being turned to butter having all the pampering i wouldn't think of working out after that. The 80 minute massage is my favorite, along with any one of their wraps. They provide a luxurious white robe to wear during your stay and a private locker area with various coffees, teas, orange water and fruits.

This salon is huge. Very courteous staff, it took awhile to be seen for my appointment (I arrived early and they ran a little late) and i was asked more then once if i needed a beverage or anything...
This salon is huge. Very courteous staff, it took awhile to be seen for my appointment (I arrived early and they ran a little late) and i was asked more then once if i needed a beverage or anything else while i waited. The stylist i saw made me feel very comfortable, reviewed what i asked for me to be done to be sure she knew what i wanted and my new haircut is great and i definitely will be going back.

Our new starbucks has made a big improvement over the previous business that was there. The staff is always very friendly even when the store is packed. To avoid long lines I would suggest avoiding stopping in when school lets out as lots of the neighborhood kids stop in on their way home. The location is conveniently along the main downtown lemon grove strip and parking is usually relatively easy to find. Their coffee is absolutely delicious.

Very pleasant dining experience. Kids eat free here monday and tuesdays, and we celebrated their birthdays with free meals and dessert with their online e-club. Great savings with their promotions we saved over 50% on our total dining bill. The servers were friendly and offered refills often and checked to make sure we had all we needed. Overall a very good experience.

99 cents only is one of my favorite pass times... they get in name brand top quality food and other items on a daily basis. Most of their items are overstocks from walmart.. they even have clothes!...
99 cents only is one of my favorite pass times... they get in name brand top quality food and other items on a daily basis. Most of their items are overstocks from walmart.. they even have clothes! The same clothes you can find at walmart. I highly recommend stopping in, the store is fairly small but has a lot of quality merchandise, not like other similar type stores.

Toy R Us is always a great place to be, although the la mesa location isnt one of the best toys r us locations in the area. Often times they are out of stock on sale items and the shelves are sometimes barren and empty. Especially during the holidays, and parking is HORRID. They do offer a lookup service for purchases though if the receipt has gone incognito, and usually dont give you much of a hassle. Make sure you remember the online birthday club for your young ones.

This restuarant has a wonderful atmosphere. The appearance is that of being underwater, with fish dangling from the ceiling, eels and coral sticking out of the walls, even the table has rock type holders for the salt and pepper shakers to sit in. The restaurant overlooks a small lake in the back and has scrumptious seafood.

Sometimes this location has extremely long waiting times to be seen and is packed with sick children, which is the last thing you want when you are already toteing along your own sick ones and dont want to be in germ city. I would only choose to go in emergency situations.

very caring doctor that follows her patients closely. shares a small office with two other drs and has an rn that fills in for her when she is out of the office. is great with kids, although sometimes getting an urgent appointment may be a problem. over all the office staff is generally helpful and tries to accomodate urgent needs such as those i have with my asthmatic children.

We brought them our tv for repair and had it back the same day for $50 or more less then the other neighborhood repair shop. The owner stands by his estimate and repairs and gives a great value for his service. Highly recommended.
