Piece of Cake makes a Fresh Fruit cake that has kiwi, melon, strawberrys sliced in between the layers of light, spongy, not too sweet cake, and iced with a light whipped cream based frosting that is anything but heavy. Absolutely delicious, and both my husband & I are not cake fans. But this was perfect. we didn't have it 'decorated' and instead put lovely collections of edilble flowers on it. it was simple, delicate and easy.
