They use unique ingredients (beyond just plain old iceberg lettuce & a tomato) to make their sandwiches one-of-a-kind. Plus, they do a great catering business. Udi’s will always be a hit for your next office lunch meeting.

Even if you aren’t a vegetarian, you will love this place. Watercourse’s brunch is definitely one of the best in town (I’m particular to the Capri Scramble). There are plenty of vegan options (including tasty pastries) and their menu has a wide variety of foods. I’ve never tasted something at Watercourse I didn’t like.

Core Power has intense yoga classes (many of them in a heated room in the Bikrim fashion). There are numerous locations around Denver, and it is definitely a studio full of beautiful & fashionable people.
