I recently discovered the Atlanta Bread Company in Lee's Summit. It is very similar to Panera Bread, however, I am more impressed with Atlanta Bread. I enjoy ordering the albacore sandwhich on their wonderfully fresh bread. The also serve pizzas and pastas. They also have a wide variety on the breakfast menu including biscuits and gravy, eggs, and the most wonderful danishes. The restaurant is located in the Chipman shopping area.
