Hummer Properties - Lease hikes & hidden termination fees

When we terminated our lease with Hummer Properties we found a new tenant (with no loss of rent), organized & paid for a painter and cleaner. Carla Bunch, the owner of Hummer Properties, demanded 10% of all 8 months remaining rent - even though it wasn't specified in the contract - $2,760!!
We're still fighting these unwarranted charges and we wouldn't recommend Hummer Properties or Carla Bunch.
