Rude, condescending, awful.

Fortunately I didn't have the awful experience that other reviewers on the Internet did. However, I did have a long introductory telephone conversation with the owner, during which he was rude and condescending, going so far as to say "I am going to talk to you the way I would talk to my own daughter," and then proceded to lecture and patronize me for asking him for a quote! (Yes, how dare I ask how much a service will cost. By the way, he wouldn't tell me the answer.) Why not try talking to me like I am your potential client instead of your daughter? That was the end of our business relationship. Customers, stay clear.
