Tortilla Flat's is right downtown is San Luis and it's a fun place to go on the weekends for dancing and drinks. During the week, it is just a regular Mexican food place. The food is really good and I love the building. It is an older style building and it is nestled in some trees - it's just got a really cool feeling to it. There are some nights where they have minor nights, so I would definitely stay away at that point unless you want to be around a bunch of teenagers acting hyper and ridiculous.
