For a short while, I resided at this complex and experienced no problems while there. My decision to move was not based on the complex, as I found the neighbors to be pleasant and the rent reasonable. It is located in an area close to stores and restaurants, yet the area is quiet. Even though the units are small, if you don't need a lot of space I would recommend living there.
