For a short while, I resided at this complex and experienced no problems while there. My decision to move was not based on the complex, as I found the neighbors to be pleasant and the rent reasonable. It is located in an area close to stores and restaurants, yet the area is quiet. Even though the units are small, if you don't need a lot of space I would recommend living there.

Last weekend my family and I decided to stop in at Taco Cabana for lunch. What a disaster that was!! The crispy taco shells were nearly burned, the beef was filled with grease, and the entire restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Every single table and chair in the dining area were filthy, and the floor was covered with food, garbage, and just general filth. They also have about six ceiling fans in the dining area, and had every one on really high to the point my napkins were blowing off the table. I will not be going back there anytime soon.

I used to live there, and that place was one of the worst I have ever lived in. The access gates were always broken, I had issues with my a/c never working, and crime was rampant everywhere. The last I heard the local pizza place refuses to deliver for fear of being robbed at gunpoint. I'm glad I got out when I did!

Whenever I need to unwind, I like to go to Al's Sports Bar & Grill located on Dairy Ashford because of the atmosphere and folks who hang out there. It's a good size bar with pool and air hockey tables, and they have the older video game machines. Thursday nights they feature pitchers of beer for $5.00 and you can join in on the karoke too.

My husband and I dined recently at The Black Eyed Pea, and were very pleased with the service and food. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us often to make sure we were well taken care of. I am impressed with their menu as they offer a variety of meals at a decent price. We plan on returning very soon. :)
