local 506 is a members only private club on west franklin street. the membership is $5. The reason most people go here is for the cheap shows. they have some really good local and indie bands playing every week. they have a connection with cat's cradle where if a band can't be scheduled at cat's cradle, they can play at 506. check out their website for a schedule.
