Overall, I am pleased with Time Warner Cable. They tend to have a good selection of types of movie channels to chose from and the prices are not that bad. The times I have called about a problem with my service, I normally get great advice but one time the person's english was not good. This made is very hard to communicate since I am not a very electronical person. They were on time when they came to my house to hook me up. I love the DVR.
