How many phone calls should it take to get a return call to book service? After two attempts without success I decided to stop by in person. Instead of addressing my needs I was given a host of excuses. Sorry, in this economy one would think that any business committed to success would focus on customer satisfaction. In addition, the excuses were served with attitude. Apparently, I had the benefit of speaking with the owners. Now I understand the problem.
