I really like Petsmart, I like that they do pet grooming, that they have adoptions for pets, that they carry little critters for the kids, and fish. I like that they carry all sorts of toys, and items one might need for all types of pets.
I don't like, having someone paged to help me, have them help someone else see me waiting there and when they are done go and talk on the phone and completely ignore me. And that was one of my experiences at Pet Smart. I was upset and I wrote to the company and my complaint was handled swiftly. I hope that it was a one time thing, I have not had it happen again and the rest of the staff has been very helpful.
There are so many choices I did not want that to jade my perception of the store in general. I love to get my pets some toys to play with and get stuff to fix them when they are not feeling well. I also like seeing people bring in their very cute animals. It has a great I love pets atmosphere which is great.
