We signed up with Clear, after the 30 day trial, the internet stopped working except for a crawl speed. I filed a complaint, internet works again. They signed us up for a 1 year contract, after the contract ended, immediately canceled services. Not only do I still have to pay a $40 cancelation fee, they ALSO refused to refund my monthly payment that was made on Friday of $46 AND I have to pay to have the modem shipped back to them. Not to mention I finally had to get rude with the representative who wanted me to switch my service to someone else, then wanted to trouble shoot my issue of their sucky service, and about fifteen other things before they finally would cancel my services!!!! Stay away from these people!!! more
