Good: Individulized care. You are not just a person in the crowd. The doctors take the time to spend with you and discuss your issues and treatment options.. Bad: I haven't been let down yet.. Improvements: I would like to see more frames for children. Other: Custom Eyes has provided superior customer service. My daughter has alot of issues with her vision and they take the time to make sure she is treated properly and her prescription is correct. They also treat me the same way. I am never dissapointed and I know I am in very capable and caring hands..
