Seattle's Fairmont Olympic hotel is the only five diamond hotel in the city. (At least for now until the new Four Seasons on first Avenue is finished.) This is one beautiful hotel. It's definitely got a luxurious feel to it and the rooms are very nice, though on the small side. As you might expect, the service here is impeccable. You must see the Georgian room, even if all you do is look through the doors - it's so beautiful, and if you do get a chance to eat, the food is fabulous.
