You need to hit the Rack with a "bargain shopper" mentality. This isn't the foofy Nordstrom store with personal shoppers and friendly salespeople. If it was, you'd be paying Nordstrom prices and the whole reason to come here is to get Nordstrom merchandise at deep discounts! If you're patient and like a good hunt, come here and get great stuff at great prices.
