Great chips and dip, yummy food!

We like to go to Don Pablo's for a nice long dinner. They keep the chips and dip, which are quite yummy flowing, along with the adult beverages. The restaurant is spacious and airy. The food is priced very fairly, and the portions are good sized. The enchildas are very yummy!!! They also have a nice little children's menu.
The service can vary widely, depending on the waiter you get. The place can get kind of crowded on weekends, so make a reservation if you do not want to wait for a table for more than ten or fifteen minutes.
