“Lovely Grease, But Waaay Too Expensive”

Unlike burger joints, there’s no real way to try and spin fried chicken as being healthy. They tried it once, spending millions on a national campaign. But very quickly, the campaign ended, as if someone at the top suddenly realized nobody was going to buy that lie. So, if you go into KFC knowing y’re going to kill your heart, that’s fine. I have no complaints there. But my real problem is the price. A single piece of chicken costs nearly $2!!! There’s no way, with the small bit of meat on each piece that you’ll get filled on even 5 pieces. For fast food, it’s just far too costly.
