I know the good deli's are supposed to be in Bellevue...

but I decided to try Roxy's in Fremont the other day because its closer and I didn't want to go over the bridge. I ordered my standard corned beef sandwich. For the price, I feel it was a bit small for the deli style behemoth it should have been and the corned beef was a bit saltier than I like, but overall I would say its reasonable for Seattle.
I know this isn't an overwhelmingly positive review, but I think it could kill your craving easier than going over the bridge if you really want a good corned beef or pastrami. The only real answer to this problem is likely to leave the state as others have mentioned ;)
Oh, one thing that also was positive for me was that the staff was very friendly and smiley. It was a comfortable dining establishment.
