I think they overcharge a lot for the services they do provide. They do however back everything they do up when it comes to filing taxes so that you get the most back possible with a guarentee..however the wait was super long and i didnt feel like i got much of a personalized service as i did when i went to a different tax preparer. The associates here tried to almost rush me out and i didnt understand much of what they were talking about regarding claims and forms. They can charge a lot for preparing your taxes which is a downside and again that varies. I prefer much more personalized services when April rolls around.
