Petsmart is ok if you know what you want and can get it for yourself. If you want fish, look out. They always under staff. You could easily wait an hour to get any fish you may want or need. If you ask someone from a different department to help, they give you attitude. It's just not worth it to me. I would rather go to a smaller pet store where I know I can get better customer service.
