So I guess people in Washington must be taller than they are in California. Maybe it's the Nordic blood or something. Whatever the reason, it can be pretty hard to find clothes for short people--petite if you will--around here. I stumbled across a Banana Republic made for folks just like me in the Bellevue Mall. Ahh, the freedom of finding pants that fit. Can you imagine how stupid you look when your feet stop and the pants keep going? And don't even try the I'll-wear-heels-and-noone-will-notice thing. I still look stupid.
