I've been eating at Christina's an average of 2 times a week for the last 2 years. I know all the waiters by name, and have been served by one in particular for about a year and a half. I got served cold food about 2 months ago...no big deal right? They reheated my food and I got it back as cold as when it was sent back. In all this, the managers attitude was very lax...he didn't seem to care. Two nights ago the same thing happened. I NEVER SAW THE MANAGER!! When we were leaving I had to search out the manager to complain. His response was "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO"?. I will NEVER eat at Christina"s again...I'll go across the highway to ABUELOS...foods better there anyway.I deserved better treatment than i got by Christina's manager...maybe he needs to find employment elsewhere. And by the way, I always tipped my favorite waiter 30%-50%.Way to go Christina's.
